If such negotiation fails to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the matter to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

Lexcelsiam reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
